Carriers will sometimes leave your package in an area of your house to prevent the order from being affected by adverse weather conditions, please be sure to check and see if the order was left in a different location at your residence. Your order could also have been left with your neighbor or the front lobby of your building/hotel. Please check these places as well if you have not done so already.
If all the above does not apply your order will be considered stolen/missing. For orders exceeding $100 we ask that the customer file a police report. Please file one at your earliest convenience, and then send us a copy. Once we've received a report, we'll be more than happy to send you a replacement, issue a refund, or apply store credit to your Bulletproof.com account.
