The likely reason for a repeat order would be because the 'Subscribe to Save 5%' button was selected on the product page before adding the product to the shopping cart. All product pages are set to 'One-Time Delivery' by default and our system does not erroneously place subscription orders. We encourage all customers to please review their orders before clicking the 'Place Order' button.
