We don't have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. The reason for this is because the demand for fast shipping is huge, which means that a sacrifice with the grace period for editing orders has to be made. In order for the warehouse to do that, they roll your order out to the distribution floor right away and absolutely do not allow customer service to edit anything.
If you placed an order without reviewing the address before submitting the order, two things can happen:
1. If the shipment of products is returned to our warehouse, we'd be happy to send a replacement order to your preferred shipping address. We can also issue a refund or store credit if you prefer.
2. If the shipment of products does not get returned to our warehouse, we aren't able to send a replacement or issue a refund for the lost or missing products. Customer service is not able to control what information customers put into that form, so please be sure to review your info before submitting the order. Don't rush! ;)
