All class calls and Coaching Clinic are conducted on the Zoom platform. This is an extremely user-friendly platform and you usually only need to click the link we provide in your Virtutal Training Schedule, following which you will initially be guided through an easy set up process. If you have already performed this step then you will simply be directed to the appropriate call.
You can download the Zoom Client for Meetings to your computer and install the app prior to the call from here: https://zoom.us/download. For further information on getting started with Zoom please go here. You may wish to call in to Zoom instead and you can find a list of local telephone numbers by going here local Zoom call numbers.
As we’ve already stated please use only one method of access per call (i.e. online OR telephone and not both). You will also need to accurately identify the call-in method on your Coaching Log. Please be sure to use your first and last name on the Zoom platform so we can identify you.
