When you miss a call, please submit a Missed Call form within 2 weeks of the call to email@example.com. You can find this form in Week 1 in the online learning platform. All calls are recorded and the recordings are placed the Extra Resources Course in the Telecalls folder within 48 hours of the call.
Remember, if you are on the ICF track you can only miss a maximum of 2 Skills Calls and 2 Practice Calls. If you are on the basic track, the maximum number you can miss is 6 Skills and 8 Practice Calls, but for either track a Missed Call Summary must be submitted for any calls not attended live in their entirety.
